Scope of service
EA FISH provides automated trading support software, version updates, account licensing and risk notifications. It does not provide investment advice, guaranteed returns, managed trading, brokerage onboarding or custody.
Licensed use
A license is limited to the registered account and validity period. Resale, rental, circumvention, reverse engineering and unlawful use are prohibited.
User responsibility
Users must test in a demo environment and remain responsible for parameters, broker selection, capital allocation, connectivity and trading outcomes.
Service changes
EA FISH may update software, interfaces and licensing controls for security and compatibility, with material changes announced through appropriate channels.
