Role and authority
Authorized operators may only manage licensing, validity changes, software delivery and basic support. They must never request trading passwords or control client funds.
Prohibited conduct
Operators must not guarantee returns, pressure users to increase capital, trade on behalf of clients, charge privately, promote unknown broker links or conceal risk.
Information protection
Only necessary client data may be handled and account, financial, contact and operational data must not be disclosed to unrelated parties.
Incident handling
Conflicts, unauthorized charges, data leaks and misleading statements must be stopped and reported immediately.
